Skeptic to a Believer!
So when I started this journey I was excited yet skeptical. I've struggled to lose weight over the last year and half and tried almost everything including South Beach with little or no results. I lost interest or just had a moment where I lost my will power and instead of brushing it off and moving forward I quit. Not this time. I felt better within 3 days of workouts and eating healthy. At the end of my 21 day journey I lost a total of 6 pounds and 7 inches from my body. But I GAINED confidence, determination and the motivation to keep going despite slip ups. My new healthy lifestyle journey didn't end after 21 days, I continue to work out and follow the plan. My journey has only begun. I am a believer this works! And I tell everyone this is the best thing out there.....its NOT a diet it's a change for the better! My before and after.....after is in jeans I couldn't get past my hips 21 days before!

I run monthly challenge groups on Facebook that are free to my participants. My only requirement is that you give it your all with the products and let the results shine at the end of the challenge period.
How do I know what program is best for me?
I will send you a survey to fill out so I can get a better understanding of you and what you're looking to do. From there, we will talk either on the phone or through text and hash out a plan with some program recommendations.
Do I have to use Shakeology?
Although I'd love to say no, I'm not going to. The workout programs with a combination of the right eating plan and drinking Shakeology will give the results that you are looking for.
